Pea coat fully lined with satin lining

Two outside front storm rest hand pockets.

Pea coat with also a special wide storm band under the collar with two buttons to be used when buttoned up to the neck in order to cut the wind when collar is up and protect throat.
Two inside pockets each one shut with a zip.
